How to Order?
You need only control siRNA (option 1):

• Write an e-mail containing your account information (name, delivery address, login). Indicate the name and number of the control siRNA(s) you would like to order.

You want to order your control siRNA along with other siRNAs (option 2):

• Enter our webshop
• Click on siRNA in the "Oligonucleotide" domain
• Select Normal Entry in order to type or copy/paste the desired sequence information etc. for your siRNA. In the field "special comment" you can specify the name and number of the required control siRNAs.

Scrambled siRNAs (Customized Negative Control siRNAs)

Product Characteristics:
An scrambled siRNA is used as negative control to discount any changes to the gene expression profile that may result from the siRNA delivery method. This negative control siRNA is generated by scrambling your siRNA sequence, but keeping the nucleotide composition the same.

How to Order?

• Write an e-mail and provide us with the accession number or alternatively with the mRNA sequence of your target gene. We perform scrambling of your siRNA sequence and do a BLAST to theoretically exclude any interference with known mRNA sequences. Then we provide you with the siRNA sequence.
• Enter our webshop
• Click on siRNA in the "Oligonucleotide" domain
• Select Normal Entry in order to type or copy/paste the obtained sequence information for your control siRNA.
