Dear customer,
Microsynth now supports your shRNA-research by offering the synthesis service of dsDNA (double stranded DNA). This dsDNA can be used directly for cloning into your vector, expressing the shRNA.
How you can order the service:
- Please enter each strand of the dsDNA individually into our standard DNA web order form. Save time and include the restriction sites directly in the sequence of the strands. (Please notice: A complementary strand in 5’-3’ direction can be generated easily using the following webtool: Oligonucleotide Properties Calculator
- Please give the same name to each oligo and number them with 1 and 2, e.g. xxxx_1, xxxx_2
- Send a copy of the confirmation email to oligo.support(at)microsynth.ch with a short note, that you wish a double stranded DNA
What do you receive?:
- You will receive the double stranded DNA solubilized at a concentration of 40 µM
How much does it cost?:
- The service costs 30 CHF/ 20 EUR/ 25 USD per double stranded DNA excluding the costs for synthesis and purification.
Is the cloning of the dsDNA into your vector possible?:
- Please inquire at oligo.support(at)microsynth.ch, if you wish the dsDNA to be cloned into your vector.
