It is a pleasure for us to announce a further simplification of ordering sequencing reactions. You may preset options for your sequencing orders as preferences like
- Filename
- 2nd email address
- Delivery of your results
These preferences will be preselected for your future orders. However, you still have the option to change them in each individual order form.
Lower List Prices (25.5.2010)
Due to our increased use of automated processes, we are pleased to offer to you lower List Prices from 25 May 2010 for the following three products:

Microsynth Sequencing team launches a new Premium Run order form (10.11.2009)
New order form facilitates the online ordering of Premium Run Service runs.
The advantages of this service are:
- DNA concentration measurements of incoming samples;
- all primers are added by Microsynth (also specific primers);
- synthesis of specific sequencing primer may be ordered directly in the Premium Run order form;
- 3 months storage of samples;
- diverse extras applicable (purifications, isolations, special treatment etc);
- trouble-shooting

Overnight Sequencing Service combined with an own Pick-up Service has started
on 26th of October 2009 (27.10.2009)
Customers from Basel, Bern, Lausanne and Zuerich now may use this Overnight Sequencing Service. Microsynth accelerates sequencing turnaround time!

FASTA format description:
A sequence in FASTA format begins with a single-line description, followed by lines of sequence data. The description line is distinguished from the sequence data by a greater-than (">") symbol in the first column.
FASTA files may be easily imported in diverse sequence analysis programs and opened with several text editors.

Extension .ab1 will be added to sequencing results (10.9.2007)
Sequencing results are delivered by email. The file-type of the chromatograms will not be changed but the attached chromatograms will newly contain the file extension .ab1.
This will streamline the data transfer (e.g. avoid rejection from your spam filter) and facilitate your work significantly. If there arise any problems please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone (+41 71 726 1003 or 1004) immediately.
