How much siRNA is needed to conduct a series of RNAi experiments?
In the following, a few calculations have been described which demonstrate that with the amount of siRNA we provide, hundreds of RNAi experiments are possible.
When using Microsynth's recommended RNAi procedure, the number of wells which can be transfected are:
